Do you take last minute bookings?
We do, please do call us on 01245 231800 and one of our team members will be delighted to help you.
Is there parking available - and how much?
There is plenty of parking available, and cars can be left overnight, as long as they are collected by 10.30 am the next day.
Does the venue have disabled access - including disabled bathroom facilities?
Step-free access to the venue which is all at ground-floor level. Disabled toilet facilities provided.
What facilities do you have in the kitchen?
The Room in the Rodings has a fully equipped catering kitchen with gas ovens and hobs. Caterers will need to supply their own refrigeration and take all food waste away at the end of service.
Are all the outside spaces included in the venue hire price?
They are! So many great spots for photos. Outside space includes a large field space, and decked courtyard area.
Can we decorate the venue?
Indeed you can, either decorating yourselves or using a decor company - you’ll find local suppliers familiar with the venue on our Preferred Supplier List.
What does ‘no corkage’ mean?
We allow you to bring in your own wine, Champagne, Prosecco and soft drinks for the daytime part of your function and we don’t charge you to do so (most venues do!).
From 7.00 pm, any alcohol you have brought provided for the day will be stored away for you to collect later and all drinks are to be bought from the venue bar. Or you can have the bar open all day at no additional cost.
What happens if we have to cancel our event?
It is always sad when any event is cancelled. If a new date can’t be found then we release your date but the deposit paid is non-refundable.
